Once a worker's account is created and in the VERIFIED status, a user-specific onboarding link is generated and is sent via email and text message to the worker. The onboarding link can also be viewed in the Branch Pay Admin Portal.

Helpful Tips:
- Check All Email Folders: Workers should check their Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders for the welcome email containing the onboarding link.
- Share the Link Manually: If needed, you can retrieve the onboarding link from the Pay Admin Portal and share it with the worker directly.

The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
