Roster files play a crucial role in managing your workers' information within Branch. Here’s how you can import these files using different methods.
Methods of Importing Roster Files:

Built-in Integrations or API Integrations: You can import roster files seamlessly through our built-in integrations or API Integrations with other systems.

Custom Email Integration: Most payroll and time and attendance systems support scheduled reports via email. Send your roster files to a custom email address provided by Branch for automated imports.

Branch SFTP Site: Import roster files via a SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) established with the Branch team.

Manual Import in Pay Admin: Manually import roster files directly within the Pay Admin section of Branch.
Branch is not a bank. Banking services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC and Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC, which are Branch’s bank partners. The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
