We understand that seeing a former employee on the roster can be confusing. If you notice this, it could be due to one of the reasons below.
- The roster requires manual removal of former employees or confirmation of termination/removal through the payroll system integration.
- Our system does not automatically detect a change in employee status; it waits for a final deactivation command.
