Depending on who needs help and what they need help with, we've outlined the general paths to follow below:
- Requests related to the Pay Admin platform and/or administrative requests should be directed to the Admin Support team.
Worker/end-user account and app-related requests should be directed to our end-user Support team.
- End-users can submit requests for assistance in our app via the "Account" tab by tapping "Support" in the top right corner and then tapping any of the available options there, by submitting a request through our end-user Support form 24/7, or by phone at +1 (956) 625-9896 M–F between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
