Email notifications are sent when a file sent to Branch fails to process.
The table below outlines the best action to take for each error type that may occur:

| Unsupported Attachment | Extension must be .csv, .xlsx, or .xls. Please correct and resend. |
| Unrecognized email | Resend from an allowed email address or contact Admin Support to add any new mail addresses to your organization's list of allowed emails. |
| Unrecognized processor | Branch was unable to determine the file based on the filename and source channel. Please double-check check that you're using the correct file-naming convention. For files sent via email, please ensure the recipient's address is correct. For files sent via SFTP, please ensure files are sent to the correct folder. |
| Undetermined registrant | Please contact Admin Support if files fail. |
| Unexpected error | Please try again or contact Admin Support if the issue persists. |
Branch is not a bank. Banking services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC and Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC, which are Branch’s bank partners. The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
