Email notifications are sent when a file sent to Branch fails to process.
The table below outlines the best action to take for each error type that may occur:
|Extension must be .csv, .xlsx, or .xls. Please correct and resend.
|Resend from an allowed email address or contact Admin Support to add any new mail addresses to your organization's list of allowed emails.
|Branch was unable to determine the file based on the filename and source channel. Please double-check check that you're using the correct file-naming convention. For files sent via email, please ensure the recipient's address is correct. For files sent via SFTP, please ensure files are sent to the correct folder.
