When issuing a disbursement, you can customize what details you'd like to display on a worker's transaction statement when they view their payouts in the Branch app.
What details can be customized on a disbursement?
Within the Branch app, there are two lines of text that appear with a disbursement. Both of these lines of text can be customized.
- The top line text in the Branch mobile app for disbursements is set to “Type”, such as tips, mileage, paycheck, etc., by default.
- The text could also be changed to:
- Organization name
- Organization name and Type
- The subtext line of details that show in the Branch mobile app for disbursements defaults to the “Organization Name”.
- This text could also be changed to:
- Organization name and worker ID
- Description of the disbursement (this is the open text field as seen on the disbursements screen that can be used to share more specific information)
- Organization name and description
