On the ‘Workers’ page of Pay Admin, you will notice the ‘Status’ field located to the right of the worker’s wallet and enrollment status in the ‘Roster’ section. This field plays a crucial role in indicating the activation and payment readiness of a worker within your organization.
Status Indicators:
- Active (Green)
- Meaning: The worker is fully activated.
- Account creation and completion.
- Successful verification process.
- Enrollment in the organization’s roster.
- Active wallet.
- Payout Status: The worker is ready to receive payments successfully.
- Meaning: The worker is fully activated.
- Incomplete (Blue)
- Possible Reasons:
- Account setup is incomplete.
- Wallet creation is pending.
- Verification process not passed.
- Not enrolled in the organization’s roster.
- Payout Status: The worker will not be able to receive payments successfully.
- Possible Reasons:
- Inactive (Red)
- Meaning: The worker is no longer active within the organization or the Branch app.
- Possible Reasons: Account has been closed or suspended.
- Payout Status: The worker will no longer be able to receive payments.
Branch is not a bank. Banking services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC and Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC, which are Branch’s bank partners. The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
