Log in to Pay Admin to manage your organization by using one of the sets of instructions below!
Logging in with an Email Address
- Navigate to Pay Admin.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Continue.
- Enter the 2FA code that was texted to your phone number on file.
- Click Continue to finish logging in.
Important to Note:
- Entering the 2FA code is required for successful Pay Admin login.
How to Reset Your Password
- Navigate to Pay Admin.
- On the welcome screen, click on Email to toggle on the email login option.
- Under "Forgot Password?" → Click on Reset.
- Click on the link sent to your email address.
- Enter the code sent to your phone number via text/SMS and click Continue.
- Create a new password, and then enter it once more to confirm.

Note: Make sure to choose a password that is unique and known only to you. Passwords must contain a minimum of:
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One special character
- One number
- 8 characters in length

- Click on Continue to finish resetting your password and proceed to Pay Admin.
