- Obtain a Letter of Indemnification (LOI) from the originating institution.
- Ensure the LOI is sent via fax from the originating institution to our bank, Evolve.

- Once the LOI is received, communication will take place between the originating depository financial institution and the receiving depository financial institution (Evolve).
