For workers to have a Branch Premier account, they must go through an identity verification process. This multi-step process may request additional information and a form of government-issued identification if necessary.
When uploading documentation, please note the following requirements:
- A clear, direct photo of the ID showing all four corners must be used.
- Screenshots, electronic replicas, and digitally modified images cannot be accepted.
Please advise workers that we can only accept the following forms of government-issued identification (Military IDs cannot be accepted):
- U.S. Driver's License or Driver's Permit
- U.S. State ID
- U.S. Passport
- U.S. Passport Card
- Permanent Resident Card
- Work Permit
- Social Security Card
- Student ID
Essential Account Verification
The following information is required for verification in order to create an Essential account:
- Full name
- Birthdate
- U.S. Mailing address
Premier Account Verification
The follow information is required for verification in order to create a Premier account:
- Full name
- Birthdate
- Social Security Number
- U.S. Mailing address
- Photo of U.S. government-issued ID
Minor Account Verification
The following information is required for verification in order to create a Minor account:
- Full name
- Birthdate
- Social Security Number
- U.S. Mailing address
- Photo of U.S. government-issued ID
Important to Note: A phone number and email address is required for all account types and is used for account security and communications.
