You can block a worker from taking advances in Pay Admin without removing them from your organization.
- Under the Organization tab navigate to the Workers table.
- Using the search bar, locate the worker's name on the roster.
- Click their entry to view their account details.
- Under the "On-Demand Pay" section, click on the toggle switch next to "Take Advances."
- Note: When advances are allowed for a worker, the toggle switch moves to the right and is blue in color.
Important to note:
- By default, all workers in an organization are allowed to take advances.
