Direct deposit can be set up by a worker in two ways!
Setting up Direct Deposit in the Branch App
In the Branch app, workers can use the instructions below to complete a direct deposit form.
- In the Wallet tab, tap on Add Funds.
- Tap on Direct Deposit.
- Tap on Generate Form.
- The worker is prompted to add their signature, and can also adjust the deposit amount before submitting. After adding their signature, the worker taps on I Agree.
- The worker is prompted to review the form before tapping on Send.
- Admin receives a notification when the form has been submitted.
Providing Branch Account & Routing Numbers to Organization
If the worker has an issue sending the direct deposit form in the Branch app, or doesn't see the option to choose the correct organization to send it to, they can always gather their account and routing numbers from the app to send directly to your organization.
- In the Wallet tab, tap on the 'i' icon ⓘ in the upper right corner.
- By default, only the last four digits of the account number are shown for security reasons.
- Tapping on View prompts the worker to enter their Wallet passcode to view the complete account number.
