After your initial onboarding with Branch, get started with Branch Direct by uploading a worker roster.
- Import a roster of workers (via Bulk Upload or file) via the Upload Roster button.
- Note: The roster file must also include the last four digits of the Social Security Number for all workers. This is intended for user verification.
- An organization-specific onboarding link is hosted in your payroll platform and presented as an alternate payment option to workers.
- Note: There is an option to send onboarding links via Braze to all roster users via SMS and/or Email.
Important to Note:
- When using Branch Direct, only Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or NYCE debit cards are accepted.
