If you have any unusable Branch cards on hand, we strongly recommend you follow a proper disposal procedure to ensure you’re protected.
Before card disposal, we recommend shredding any unusable cards using one of the suggested methods below.
- Using an electric shredding device.
- Cutting the card(s) into pieces with scissors.
- Utilizing a shredding service, similar to what you may use for other confidential documentation.
If you choose to manually shred your unusable cards, the shredded pieces should be disposed of either in the trash or via supported recycling programs.
Please encourage all workers to properly dispose of their expired Branch cards as well.
