You can order more Instant Cards for your organization through Pay Admin from the Card Orders tab.
There are two options when ordering Instant Cards; Create Single and Bulk Upload. You will want to select the option that best suits your needs.
- Please note that the maximum number of Instant Cards that can be ordered through self-service is 150 cards. If over 150 cards need to be ordered, please contact Admin Support.
Using the Create Single Option
- Navigate to the Cards tab
- Click on the Order Cards icon
- Click Create Single
- Enter the requested information
- GROUP NAME ON CARDS will be the name that appears on the back of each Instant Card followed by a unique set of numbers automatically generated by our system. We recommend using a generic name, like the name of your organization.
- Click Continue
- Review information
- If everything looks good, type CONFIRM
- Click Confirm Order
Using the Bulk Upload Option
The bulk upload option is most useful when placing multiple orders.
- Navigate to the Cards tab
- Click on the Order Cards icon
- Click Bulk Upload
- Click DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE
- Use the template to enter the worker's first name, last name, address, city, state, and zip for each card
- In order for the file to process successfully, the formatting must conform to the provided template
- The file extension must be .csv
- Enter the GROUP NAME ON CARDS and NUMBER OF CARDS
- The GROUP NAME ON CARDS should be a generic name as this is what will appear on the back of each card followed by unique numbers automatically generated by our system.
- CARE OF section will populate with the organization name
- Upload the completed template under Upload File
- Click Review Orders
- Once everything has been reviewed click Submit
Important to Note:

During a card order, the list of groups that may be shown corresponds with however many locations/franchises exist within the organization as a whole.
The GROUP NAME ON CARDS is the same as the location/franchise for which you are ordering cards.
If multiple groups are shown, this is representative to multiple different location addresses.
