Email notifications are sent when a file sent to Branch fails to process.
The table below outlines the best action to take for each error type that may occur:
|Unsupported Attachment||Extension must be .csv, .xlsx, or .xls. Please correct and resend.|
|Unrecognized email||Resend from an allowed email address or contact Admin Support to add any new mail addresses to your organization's list of allowed emails.|
|Unrecognized processor||Branch was unable to determine the file based on the filename and source channel. Please double check you're using the correct filenaming convention. For files sent via email, please ensure the recipient address is correct. For files sent via SFTP, please ensure files are sent to the correct folder.|
|Undetermined registrant||Please contact Admin support if files fail.|
|Unexpected error||Please try again or contact Admin Support if the issue persists.|
