How do I track my instant card order?

Once your cards have been shipped they should arrive within 5-7 days.

You can track the order in PayAdmin:

• Navigate to the Cards tab

• Click Orders

• Navigate the TRACKING # column 

• Click the tracking number to link to the shipper's website

  • If no tracking number appears, your order has yet to ship. Please check back later.
