How do I track my instant card order?

Once your cards have been shipped they should arrive within 5-7 days.

You can track the order in Pay Admin:

1. Navigate to the Cards tab

2. You are now viewing the list of Orders, click the order you'd like to track

3. In the right-side panel that pops up, scroll down to see the TRACKING # 

4. Click the tracking number to open the shipper's website

   • If no tracking number appears, your order has yet to ship. Please check back later or contact Admin Support.
